"I tried reaching out about my order and..."
I tried reaching out about my order and it was frustrating. The replies took forever and when they finally came through, they were super short and not very useful. It felt like nobody really cared about fixing it. Weirdly, I still remember sitting there refreshing my email while eating a slightly burnt piece of toast, which somehow made the whole thing even more annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Didn't really find much"
There just wasn’t much to choose from when I went in (which was a bit disappointing), so I ended up leaving without buying anything

"Return was a total pain"
I sent the items back and then just waited forever for the refund. Customer support barely got back to me, and when they did, it wasn’t really helpful. the whole return process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Never again

"Good prices, but the communication could be clearer"
The prices were definitely worth it for party supplies, and I was happy with what I got overall. That said, the communication was a bit unclear and kind of annoying at times, so I had to figure some things out myself. Still a decent option if you’re mainly looking to save money...

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this set. The plates and balloons felt nicer than I thought they would, and the colors looked really good in person. Nothing broke or popped before the party, which was a relief. One of the banners was a little thinner than I’d like, but it still worked fine. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again...

"Arrived much later than I expected"
I ordered this for a party and expected it to show up in time, or at least close to the delivery window. Unfortunately, it arrived so late that the party was already over, which was really disappointing.

"Pretty much got what I needed"
I ordered from mypartycentre.com and at first I just assumed everything would be exactly what I picked, so I was a little thrown off when a couple of the smaller items were different. It wasn’t anything that ruined the party or anything, but yeah, I noticed it right away and it was kind of annoying.
The delivery was fine and all the main things showed up, so I’m not too upset about it. I guess I just figured they would double-check the order a bit more carefully before sending it out.
